But what if we took the opportunity to extend<\/em> the family table this year? What if we opened our hearts and homes to include those who might otherwise feel isolated?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Story of Connection<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For the past five years, my wife and I have hosted a Christmas driveway party for our street. We invite everyone to join us for nibbles, drinks, laughter, and music. The first year, we were overwhelmed by how many neighbours came. Some who had lived on the street for years met one another for the first time that night.
